At Legacy Honored, we endeavor to offer our clients an exceptional experience and top-notch products. We realize that, on occasion, you might require a product return. Our return policy details the procedure for returning products according to their category.

- Personalised QR Memorial Plaques:
We cannot accept returns on custom-made QR Plaques unless they are defined as “faulty.” A “faulty” plaque includes issues like faulty engraving based on your order details, incorrect engravings, damage during shipping, or malfunctioning QR codes that don’t scan properly.
If your customized plaque has an issue, please contact our customer service team within three business days of receiving your order to coordinate a refund or replacement. We will take care of the return shipping costs in such instances. It is important to note that the complimentary Remembrance Pages accompanying these plaques cannot be refunded as they do not hold a monetary value.
- Non-personalised QR Plaques:
Customers have the right to return Non-personalised QR Plaques within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or replacement. The plaque must be returned in its original delivered condition to qualify for a refund.
If there is an issue with your non-personalized plaque, please get in touch with our customer service team within three business days of receiving your item to start the process for a refund or a replacement. In these situations, we will take care of the return shipping costs.
- Additional Remembrance Pages (Not Included with QR Plaques):
Our customer support team is available to assist with digital product inquiries for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no questions asked.
Cancellations
You are free to cancel your order before the production/design process begins. Once this process starts, our support team will inform you about a standard artwork/origination charge for cancelling your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@legacyhonored.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
